OTA is a Quick Reaction Supplier (QRS) of technology solutions for small to large businesses, government and educational institutions as well as consumers.
What is QRS?
At OTA we understand when purchasing a product you want it yesterday, we know, we are the same. That's why we implement a QRS system to ensure that we get your product to you as fast as we possibly can. Once an order is placed in our system the OTA staff is instantly notified of the purchase. We then proceed to follow your order through until a courier delivers the item to you. The following table identifies cut off times regarding purchasing through OTA. (OTA can only release products on cleared funds, unless prior arrangement is made, please review Payment Options). All deliveries need to be signed for and couriers only operate during normal working hours Monday - Friday.

Where does OTA deliver too?
OTA supplies products all over Australia. Although some parts of our county take products a little longer to get to we still endeavor to get your item to you as fast as we possibly can.
What is the Freight Cost?
The OTA web site automatically calculates the weight of your purchase and includes this to your total during the checkout process. Our delivery charges are low and for large order please contact us to organise a more accurate quote for delivery and also a delivery time.

What if I have ordered multiple items and only some are in stock?
If you have ordered a number of items and not all products are not in stock you have a chance to Part Ship. Part Ship, when selected during the checkout process, will send you the products that are currently in stock and follow up with another delivery when the out of stock items are received by the warehouse. By selecting Part Ship you will be charged for each delivery that is conducted to fulfill your order.
