OTA provides a number of different options in order to empower you the customer with choices to suit your delivery needs. OTA now provides a VIP order processing that can be utilised for businesses small to large, government and educational institutions as well as consumers.

OTA has a number of different delivery options available. These include:

What is standard shipping?

OTA provides standard shipping which is a weight vs postcode matrix. Our products are shipping from different warehouses from different locations over Australia. The OTA web site automatically calculates the weight of your purchase and includes this to your total during the checkout process. Our delivery charges are low and for large orders please contact us to organise a more accurate quote for delivery and also a delivery time.

We do our best to keep prices on freight low and put research into different carries in order to try and provide the best service. OTA at present do not use Australia Post due to cost and logistical constraints. We are looking into this for future development.

Once an order is placed in our system OTA's friendly staff are instantly notified of the purchase. OTA then proceed to follow your order through until a courier delivers the item to you. The following table identifies cut off times regarding purchasing through OTA.

What is VIP shipping?

At OTA we understand when purchasing a product you want it yesterday, we know, we are the same. That's why we implement a VIP Order Processing system to ensure that we get your product to you as fast as we possibly can. OTA uses a number of supplier warehouses based mainly along the east coast of Australia. We drop ship some orders from these warehouses we also warehouse are some products ourselves. In some cases with multiple items we may ship from two different locations.

Once an order is placed in VIP Order Processing system one of our OTA staff is contact you regarding your order. This one OTA customer service operator will personally follow you order through the system and processes your order ASAP. In most cases we can get your order shipped out same day to your location, if in stock. Depending on your location it is possible to receive your goods within 24 − 48hrs. This is a guide only but our friendly staff will contact you when the item is shipped and relay a tracking number to you as a part of using this service. They will also contact you if there are any problems, issue or delays.

What is fixed shipping?

The OTA catalogue of products is large and extensive. Some of these products are offered at fixed rate for shipping Austral wide. This fixed rate varies and depends on market fluctuation along with specials offered.

If you order multiple items that have the same fixed rate, you will only be charge for the first fixed rate. Your freight costs will not go up. If you choose an item that has standard shipping, the standard shipping cost will supersede the fixed shipping fee.

What is free shipping?

On a select few products OTA has a Free shipping Australia wide. Free shipping is very limited and will only be available for a short time. It is recommend that if you find a product with free shipping you purchased and pay using credit card or PayPal to ensure you secure this order at the free shipping rate.

If you order multiple items that have the same free shipping rate, you will not be charged for shipping. If you choose an item that has standard shipping, the standard shipping cost will supersede the free shipping rate.

What is the OTA freight time clock?

For our reduced fixed rate and free shipping products OTA have a shipping time clock fixed. The shipping time clock updates daily at 1200am (0000hrs). This means what has a fixed rate or free shipping may not have the same shipping costs applied tomorrow. Our system is random and it is recommended not to wait if you want to pick up a bargain at a reduced shipping cost.

Where does OTA deliver to?

OTA supplies products all over Australia. Although some parts of our county take products a little longer to get to we still endeavour to get your item to you as fast as we possibly can.

What if I have ordered multiple items and only some are in stock?

If you have ordered a number of items and not all products are not in stock you have a chance to Part Ship. Part Ship, when selected during the checkout process, will send you the products that are currently in stock and follow up with another delivery when the out of stock items are received by the warehouse. By selecting Part Ship you will be charged for each delivery that is conducted to fulfil your order.

We are a truly Australia company, being as such we run a number of "fair go" policy's.

  • It is recommended that you pay for your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The reason for this is that our online prices and stock levels change frequently. An item that is a certain price today may not be the same price tomorrow. OTA runs a fair go policy for orders that are not paid for. If you do not pay for your order within 48hrs then stock of this order maybe allocated to someone else.
  • OTA do our best to get your item to you in a timely manner. We have outlined guidelines for delivery time lines above. These timings are a guide only. If you decide to cancel your order whilst it is in transit unfortunately you may be charged a delivery and restocking fee. OTA runs on a very large margin to pass on savings to our customers. In most cased we cannot pick up freight costs due to cancelations whilst in transit. In some cases we are paying more freight than we charge you.
  • Your order is not complete until it is paid for. If you want to secure your order at the price and shipping (standard, VIP, fixed and free freight) costs at time of purchase then it is recommend you pay for the order usingcredit card and PayPal.
